Patrick is a successful entrepreneur who has run a number of effective businesses since a young age.

At 21 years of age he started his first venture, BCP Marketing Services. BCP is a marketing company that has primarily operated in the IT space and has provided diverse, innovative marketing solutions to a number of the world’s largest companies including Cisco Systems, EMC, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, Novell, Nuance Communications, Palm Australasia, Telstra, RSA and many others since 1998.

While spearheading a number of different businesses, Patrick has also utilised his other specialist skills in the roles of programmer, Network engineer, systems engineer and general IT expert.

Patrick developed the e-Induct system in 2007 and founded eInduct Systems Pty Ltd in 2009. He has a love for technology, specifically innovation, and is constantly searching for faster, more cost-effective ways of doing things so that increased value can be passed on. Patrick considers the interconnectivity between systems, devices and platforms to be the most exciting areas of opportunity in today’s climate.

Chief Information Officer

Chris has managed major IT projects for numerous organisations including Centrebet, Engin, LJ Hooker, CHU Insurance and Deals Direct to name a few.

Chris has had an interest in computing and software development from a young age which led to his career in I.T.

Since the late 90’s Chris has worked in a variety of industries providing software solutions using a range of rapidly evolving technologies. He provides expertise in a variety of systems, platforms and programming languages and strives to further his knowledge through education and experience.

Chris describes his involvement in the development and integration of our mobile and web platform with the gate/kiosk access control system as one of the highlights of his career.

He enjoys solving problems and creating better processes and is fortunate enough to be able to do that on a daily basis for our clients.

John Scevola

John Scevola

Business Development Director

John's career has been characterised by over thirty years’ in the building and construction industry, starting in the Rigging, Scaffold, Crane & Formwork area, the latter half of his working career has focused on Safety, with fifteen years’ experience in a number of management roles within the construction Occupational Health and Safety discipline.

In 1998 he joined Abigroup Pty Ltd (now Lend Lease) as a Safety Coordinator and quickly progressed to the role of NSW Safety Manager where he managed a number of project based Safety personnel on private and public construction projects with values in excess of $300 million.

John has also held positions as the National Head of EH&S with Lend Lease/Syntheo, Regional HSE Manager (NSW, QLD and ACT) of Built Holdings Pty Ltd and WHS Manager at Sydney Water in a Lend Lease and John Holland JV.

John has complemented his hands on experience with significant industry training throughout his career and holds a Masters in Occupational Health and Safety, Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training, and Advanced Return to Work Coordinator.

John is also a member and currently the Treasurer of the Construction Education Forum where he has been heavily involved in the WHS harmonisation legislation, from development to implementation.

John brings his extensive experience in the Building and Construction industries to the role of Business Development Director of eify Pty Ltd. This experience not only assists his ability to develop the eify business, he is also heavily involved with the formulation, implementation and improvement of system features and capabilities.

Sebastian Culbert

Operations Manager

Seb is the Operations Manager at eify Pty Ltd, overseeing the day-to-day operational and customer service functions of the business and making sure things run smoothly.

He has close to 10 years’ experience in senior roles, including technical support and customer service management. Due to this background, Seb has both the technical skills and drive to support eify clients, helping them to meet their objectives and solve unique problems. Having worked with businesses across a range of industries, including IT, Construction, Government, Manufacturing and Mining, he has experience in tailoring innovative solutions and meeting specific client outcomes.

Seb is passionate about constant evolution for the business and is always looking for new ways to improve efficiency and deliver a great experience for our clients.

Vanessa Preece

Business Development/Account Manager

Vanessa has extensive experience in Business Development and Account Management. She has previously worked for Sinclair Knight Merz (now Jacobs) and Deloitte and brings her knowledge of large business processes to eify Pty Ltd.

She enjoys the different opportunities that working with a smaller, innovative company like eify Pty Ltd presents. Vanessa is a key innovator in the eify team and an integral part of our development processes.
